What words would one use to describe the feeling you get when you find out the cookie you just bit into, which you thought was chocolate chip, was really oatmeal raisin? Suggestions, please!

I'm going to go with "chagrin," Dr. Dubose.
"I took a bite out of the cookie, and much to my chagrin, discovered that it was raisin instead of chocolate chip."
Speaking of which - I saw a kid wearing a Chagrin Football jacket the other day. I assume that he was on the Chagrin High School football team, but I thought that that was an unusual pair of words to see together.
How about simply "disappointment"? not because the cookie wasn't what you wanted but because in most situations it's not appropriate to chuck the unwanted cookie into the garbage and spit out what unfortunately found its way into your mouth in the first place.

See, I was going to go with "Yaaaay!" because I'm in the mood for an oatmeal raisin cookie.
I'd say "Welcome to Taiwan" but only if it was neither Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin, but rather turned out to be Taro Paste with Red Beans.
