I loved his rant, and although I'm not in any restaurant circles found myself agreeing almost completely with his comments. Except for Paula Deen, who I think does some great baked goods. But he's right about the influx of insipid personalities - in particular Rachael Ray, and especially Sandra Lee. I *hate* that woman.
