Facebook seems to have really caught on with college classes of '03 and later. I suppose you could make a page without too much information and list yourself as faculty at your school. I'm sure students would find it...though you might learn information about students you'd rather not know. Of course, if you're a popular professor, there might already be a fake profile of you on there. (We have a fake profile of Charlie Weis on the ND facebook.) My guess is that most people you actually went to school with aren't on facebook.
